Mogadishu, (insidesomalia.org) – Overnight three separate explosions took place against police stations in Baidoa, Beledwein and Mogadishu killing one person and wounding several others.
In Baidoa, the attack was with grenade at a small police at the centre of the city where residents go for shopping. Members of the police force repulsed attack with gunfire. A woman who sold tea near the police station was killed and several others injured, said a journalist based in Baidoa.
Both Beledwein and at Karan Police Stations in Mogadishu, were attacked with a hand bombs exploded, causing no casualties have been reported.
It seems that Insurgence tactics have changed to attacking TFG on several fronts rather then concentrate on capital. Also with recent fighting we are not certain level of damage insurgence have taken and how much longer they can sustain direct attacks at TFG in Mogadishu.
